'Small is beautiful' and that's certainly true of SERC's Glasgow and Galloway Branches. As well as enjoying lovely riding country themselves, members of these two Branches have easy access to rides put on by Argyll, Dumfries, Lothians and Tayside, as well as good motorway links to further-flung rides in the north and east. Glasgow Branch spreads its wings from Aberfoyle in the north-east of its area to Maybole in the south-west; Galloway Branch stretches down the south-west coast and is known for its superb beach rides.
